All my life I’ve wanted nothing more than to do what I love and find a way to get paid for it. My first love has always been cartoons. Everything about them is exciting to me. It’s a unique art form in and of itself.

I started showing my artistic talents at an early age and it’s plagued me my whole life! Even in grade school while the other students were vigorously working on their school assignments I could be found to be sitting calmly and even sometimes quietly doodling away in my notebooks completely unaware of the work the teacher had assigned. I was off in magical worlds, worlds where ACME was the chief supplier of all things purchasable, and delivered instantly to your doorstep. A world of talking cats and little boys who couldn’t manage to kick a football but never gave up trying.

As an adult I’ve done my best to follow those dreams. I’ve now been a professional graphic designer/illustrator for over 10 years working both privately and for publicly doing what I love. I spent of those years 9 years working in fast paced and exciting world of television news and loved every minute of it. I started at the ground floor and over the years I worked my way up from studio camera operator through editing and audio and eventually made my way into the creative design team.

Recently I’ve opted to take a slightly different directly. With the less than pleasing direction our economy has taken I was unfortunately let go from a job I love and have been forced to start over. But it’s not in vain. I’ve not thrown in the towel, in fact I grabbed my towel and as much of the rest of my personal effects that I could carry and I’ve ventured west. West to the City of Angels. The city where dreams come true. I’ve come to pursue my dreams and I plan to make the most of them while I’m here.

I hope to make this city home. I plan to focus my attention to accomplishing my goals of once again being a professional artist with all the passion that’s carried me from my youth through to today. I’m here to begin again, at the beginning. And no amount of TNT, railroad crossings or wiley roadrunners can stop me.

I am here to be an artist. And I can’t wait to share it all with the world.
